I love moms.

& mothering is insanely hard work. The hardest work there is. Mother’s are often left alone to manage and handle all of it on their own in our culture. I can’t change that but I can help the moms that are right in front of me.

Whatever stage of motherhood you’re in, I can be a witness to it and offer whatever support you may need. I believe in community and I’m here to be of service to women & their families. Whether that is prenatally, at your birth, those rough postpartum months, after a pregnancy loss, breastfeeding support, etc. - I’m here! We have to build the village we want.

Every family is different and has different needs. I don’t subscribe to one way of birthing but rather work with you to make a plan, meet your needs and do my best to help you feel empowered on this journey.
